Adrianna is devoted to guiding people through profound transformation using somatic and transpersonal practices. With a deep reverence for earth-based wisdom and the sacredness of motherhood. Adrianna creates nurturing, ceremonial spaces for women to heal, remember who they are, and reclaim their power. She sees motherhood as a divine assignment — a sacred mission to raise a generation of New Earth warriors. Her work is a reflection of that devotion, offering mothers the space to remember their truth and lead their families and communities with clarity, compassion, and soul. With the support of ceremonial practices and embodied healing, Her offerings blend science and spirituality, helping people release trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and rebirth a new self on the other side of motherhood by incorporating hypnotherapy, somatic exercises, energy work, sound, breath, plant medicine, ritual, and heart centered counseling. During the retreat, Adrianna will be leading a full moon fire circle with cacao, a guided eco therapy experience during a hike (with the option to add in plant medicine to further enhance the journey), and integration and emotional support throughout the other retreat experiences.

Nala is passionate about creating spaces where women feel safe to reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and untamed essence. As a postpartum doula, energy worker, and facilitator of womb-centered practices, her work is rooted in honoring the natural rhythms of the body and fostering deep connection—both within oneself and in community. She leads women’s circles, retreats, and gatherings that invite authentic expression, vulnerability, and remembrance. While she holds a deep respect for the sacred role of motherhood, her work extends to tending to the whole woman—beyond the roles she carries. She believes that when women are nurtured and supported, they are able to show up more fully in all aspects of life. At this retreat, Nala will be offering intuitive energy sessions, pelvic steaming, and co-leading a womb wisdom circle, as well as providing child care so mothers can fully immerse themselves in the experience. She hopes to help each woman feel seen, supported, and cared for—both in community and within herself.

Marina is a certified birth and postpartum doula, Reiki practitioner, and yoga teacher with a deep passion for nurturing mothers in all seasons of their journey. As the retreat doula for this sacred gathering co-hosted by Selah Birth & Apothecary, she brings a calming and grounded presence—offering support, guidance, and a safe space to simply be. Each afternoon, Marina will lead gentle, nourishing yoga sessions around lunchtime to help you reconnect with your breath, body, and inner rhythm. She’ll also be offering personal Reiki sessions throughout the day—available by sign-up—for energetic balance, emotional release, and quiet restoration. Marina’s care is intuitive, heart-centered, and rooted in the belief that every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, and held. She’s honored to walk alongside you in this time of deep connection and renewal.

Anjali Romaniuk is a dedicated Women’s Embodiment Coach and Somatic Practitioner passionate about helping women build an unshakable relationship with themselves. She guides her clients through the transformative journey of healing past wounds of inadequacy, insecurity, shame, and trauma to rediscover their true self. With Anjali's support, women learn to embrace their authenticity, cultivate true self-love, and embody a deep, confident connection with themselves. Her work empowers women to find their inner strength, creating lives filled with clarity, purpose and self-trust.

Sam is a kitchen alchemist - blending together her love of motherhood, birth, spirituality, and nourishment into a ceremonial experience that restores the soul.

For the retreat, she comes baring meals as medicine, spices as shells, and nourishment as a form of remembrance. Her work is rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, wild foods and the belief that the postpartum body is not something to fix - but a temple to be fed.
