Postpartum is simply “the time after birth”, and once you cross the threshold into motherhood - postpartum is forever. This YIN-Yassa series is for new and experienced mamas.
In this powerful pairing on two different disciplines of asanas (yoga postures), we begin with actives flows to build strength, and warmth within - followed by light stretching to open the body and gently remove physical, emotional, and mental blocks.
Each class is a sacred reminder that motherhood requires a strong body, soothed nervous system, and nurtured heart.
