Class Overview:
In each session, we begin with dynamic flows that build strength and warmth within, allowing you to reconnect with your body. Following the active practice, we transition into gentle stretching to open the body and release any physical, emotional, or mental blocks. On November 20th, we invite dads to join us for a special couples workshop led by intimacy coach Scott Haber. This unique session will focus on strengthening your bond and enhancing communication as you navigate parenthood.
