In this transformative workshop, Scott creates a sacred space for couples to shift thru the “should’s” within their dynamic - and connect to the “clean want” leading to greater intimacy.
Most of us use shame and shoulds to fuel our lives without realizing it. We create demands and boundaries that protect us from exposing the areas we’re ashamed of.
While shame might help us achieve our goals, this typical creates tension, disconnect, and often leaves us feeling unfulfilled, like hungry ghosts missing a sense of deeper of satisfaction. Within our shame and shoulds exists our wants; learning to identify and clarify our wants is a hack towards connecting in a way that feels easeful, enjoyable, and expansive.
This workshop uses partner practices and journaling to help participants uncover where shame suffocates their desires and how to align their relationships to their core wants.
